Nettwood Country Park is a family-friendly campsite that caters to all types of campers, whether you’re looking for a rustic camping experience or a more luxurious glamping escape. The site is known for its peaceful ambiance, making it a great spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.

One of the standout features of the park is the communal fire pits, where families can gather around in the evening, toast marshmallows, and enjoy the starry skies. The campsite provides all the necessary equipment, including firewood, so all you need to bring is your marshmallows and a sense of adventure!

The site also features woodland walks, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local flora and fauna. These trails are great for stretching your legs and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.

What’s the Best Thing to Do Onsite?

Gathering around the fire pit for a marshmallow toasting session was a highlight for Lou's family. There’s something magical about sitting by the fire, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories together. The woodland play area was also a big hit with the kids, offering endless fun and adventure as they explored the woods and built dens.

What’s the Best Thing to Do Nearby? 

Nettwood Country Park is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. Take a trip to Chew Valley Lake for a leisurely walk or some birdwatching, or visit the historic city of Bath, known for its Roman baths and stunning architecture. Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves are also nearby, offering exciting days out for the whole family.
