Warranty Claims Update

As part of our closure process, we are committed to honouring warranty claims within a limited timeframe. If you need to make a claim on your 10-year mattress warranty, please contact us before 3rd February 2025.

To submit a claim, you’ll need to:

  • Provide your original order number and date of purchase.
  • Return the faulty mattress to us.

Once received, we’ll issue a replacement mattress. Please note, after the deadline date, we will no longer be able to process warranty claims.
